Welcome to the Janesville Conservation Club

There is no 3-man team shoot on Saturday, May 28th. Earlier this season, our club sent out incorrect dates for some of our non-registered and registered shoots. The 3-man team shoot was one of them.

The correct date for the Non-Registered 3-Man Team Shoot is Saturday, August 20th at 10:00 am. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

The correct dates for the remaining club shoots are available on our shoot flyers, which you can find under the Events menu: Non-Registered Shoots, and Registered Shoots.

Welcome to Our Club!

If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, contact us and someone from the club will be happy to help you. Please note that we are a trapshooting club and a shotgun-only range. We have no pistol, rifle, or archery facilities. We are open to the public and are located on the Southeast side of Janesville, WI, on the LaPrairie Park grounds. Our hours are 10 am to dusk the 1st Saturday in January to the 1st Saturday in May, and the 2nd Wednesday in March to the last Wednesday in October.

Trap Fields

We have eight trap fields that support American-style trapshooting only, with one variant—Wobble trap. The trap houses contain Automatic Pat Traps™ controlled by Canterbury™ Wireless Voice Calls. A patterning board is available. We proudly throw standard orange-dome White-Flyer® targets from Recob’s.

Scheduled Events

We hold winter jackpots every Saturday from January until the first weekend of May. We also host leagues every year from March through September. In addition, we run several non-registered events and several registered, ATA-sanctioned competitions throughout the season. JCC is always among Wisconsin clubs throwing the most registered targets during the year.
